and public agency procurement process?
This workshop exposes you to the full range
of proposal elements and how to address
each for success. Some of the topics covered
are: marketing/capture, pre-solicitation
activities, reading the solicitation, creating
detailed outlines, kick-off team meeting,
building win themes, preparing storyboards,
writing technical and management sections,
reviewing the first draft, conducting color
team reviews, proposal production, graphics,
and delivery to the client.

Sandra
McClintock of MB Dolphin presents
this workshop. Sandra has always
been involved in the written word.
Her first job was at Time Magazine
as a Copy Desk coordinator, where she
saw editing at its finest-something
learned best by real-world experience.
She became involved in government proposals
during the exciting, early days of
NASA and the first moon shot. Sandra
managed division advertising and large
proposal efforts for Rockwell Defense
Electronics, SBC Communications (now
AT&T), and Tracor Flight Systems. Sandra is Chief Operating
Officer for MB Dolphin & Associates,
LLC, a proposal consulting firm, and
conducts proposal writing workshops
for small businesses that want to contract
with government agencies. Writing for
South Coast magazine for the past 12
years has maintained her press credentials.
Sandra has been listed in Who's Who
in American Women since 1991, and in
Who's Who in Communications since 1998.
