writing technical and management
sections, reviewing the first draft, conducting
color team reviews, proposal production,
graphics,
and delivery to the client.

Sandra
McClintock of MB Dolphin LLC presents
this workshop. She became involved
in government proposals during the
exciting early days of NASA, and
has managed large proposal efforts
for Rockwell Defense Electronics, SBC
Communications (now AT&T), and
Tracor Flight Systems.
As Chief Operating Officer for MB Dolphin,
a proposal consulting firm, she conducts
proposal writing workshops for small
businesses and consults on large aerospace
proposals. Sandra has been listed in
Who's Who in American Women since 1991,
and in Who's Who in Communications
since 1998.
